Christine Billington Baydur was born in Liverpool, UK. With those roots and a real interest in drama and dance it was inevitable that she would continue to be involved in all matters theatrical. After training to be a teacher in Southampton UK and teaching drama and dance and physical education in Kent and Essex a move was then made to Istanbul to work at the English High School for Girls.
The Liverpudlian blood drew her to Dağhan Baydur (the future founder of Muzikotek), a Liverpudlian by association, through the Beatles if not by birth.
She has been involved in a number of Muzikotek productions both as a singer, composer and lyricist.
