He's one of the few composers who was born and bred in Turkey and yet managed to take place on the World stage. After completing his academic music training with distinction in Turkey, Durdağ studied in the most prestigious schools in America with full scholarship and worked with legendary composers. The works of the musician which are composed in a contemporary manner, also carry heavy traces of his Turkish roots.
