While we were in Los Angeles for this year’s PMA (Production Music Association) Conference we got a tip off that Native American tribes were using Muzikotek music without a license.
Following the conference we inspected Nevada and Arizona thoroughly but it seemed all the tribes such as Apache, Navajo, Havasupai, Comanche...in short all of them had gone up in smoke.
May our composers and writers be reassured that our inspections both locally and internationally continue. As you know last year we were successful in putting a stop to the unlicensed usage of our music by a group of cowboys in Calico, California.
