Once you have selected the products you wish to purchase from the Muzikotek Store you will need to fill out an order form (WORD or EXCEL) and email (muzikotek@muzikotek.com.tr) us, before the payment process.
Following a final stock check and an approval of the total amount to be paid, you will have a 2 days to make the payment. If the payment is not made then the order will be cancelled.
Once your order and total amount to be paid has been confirmed please transfer the total amount directly to any of the suitable bank accounts below. The total amount will be calculated into the preferred currency for you when you send your order form. After the payment has been made you will need to email (muzikotek@muzikotek.com.tr) us the proof of payment.

Once your payment and proof of payment have been received and confirmed by us we will prepare your order. Payments and proof of payment of orders received Monday-Thursday will be dispatched the next day. Payments and proof of payment of orders received Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Within Turkey:
Orders within Turkey will be dispatched using PTT Kargo (at buyers expense) to the address given on the order form. The cargo charge will be calculated according to the weight and destination. The delivery will take between 3-5 working days.
International Deliveries:
International orders are sent with a private cargo company (PTS). The charge for international deliveries will be calculated and added to your order total. Once you have paid the cargo charge and order total, you will need to email (muzikotek@muzikotek.com.tr) us proof of payment along with your order form.
